Store Hours
All of our stores are open 7 days a week, except during July when we have summer hours and we are open Monday to Saturday. We are also closed to observe Thanksgiving, Independence Day and Christmas. When you need a computer part or a PC computer we will be here waiting for you!

Online Policies
These policies are valid online and may not be applicable at the PC Club store locations.
General Term of Sale
Inspection of Product upon Receipt: You must examine the Product and Accessories when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify PC Club within 7 days from the date of delivery or picked up.

Shipment and Title: PC Club will arrange to ship the Product and/or Accessories to your address per your request. Title to the Product and/or Accessories passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
PC Club Limited Warranties
Enpower Systems: PC Club warrant the Enpower desktop, notebook and server system to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase including part and labor.

All other parts: All other products carried and sold by PC Club are subjected to manufacturer warranty. No refunds are allowed for clearance items. All products denoted by an asterisk (*) are to be serviced directly by manufacturer after the first 30 days of the original receipt.

Technical Service: For technical service performed by PC Club, there will be 90 days warranty for labor.

Exclusions: Under PC Club Warranty & Support Program, coverage will not apply to defects or damage resulting from:

Improper packing during return shipment to us
Viruses or Trojan horses
Smoke damage from fire or tobacco smoke
OS deletion or corruption by user attempt to re-install the OS.
Damages for loss of data or software restoration
Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
Water damage of any kind
Incorrect installation of hardware, software, and/or accessories
Failure to provide the proper installation environment
Peripherals not purchased from PC Club or unauthorized attachments
Service by any other service center
Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect
Or where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced or altered
Limited Money Back Guarantee
PC Club offers a limited money back guarantee for seven (7) days on new products and accessories. PC Club will refund the original purchase price of the Product, Accessories, Unperformed Service and Applicable sales taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING, CUSTOM FEE, INSURANCE FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED (Including Applicable Sales Taxes) THAT YOU PAID WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. The Limited Money Back Guarantee is not a warranty. PC Club may change or cancel it at any time before accepting your order.
Return & Refund Policy:
(For items purchased at PC Club.com)
No refunds are allowed after 7 days from the date the merchandise was picked up or delivered to the customers. The only exception to this rule would be clearance item sales with "AS-IS" condition. All sales of this type is considered final and no refunds will be given.

For items return back to PC Club.com:
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for any item purchased from PC Club.com. You must return the merchandise within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. See below on how to obtain a RMA number

For items return to PC Club retail locations:
Original invoice, shipping and packing slip are required for return and refund.
No RMA number needed for return to any PC Club store locations.

Other general Return and Refund Policies:
Most items including clearance items purchased from PC Club retail stores or PC Club.com that become defective within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice are eligible for exchange. All items must be in new and resalable condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. Missing items will be deducted from your refund.
Original receipt required for any return and refund.
Shipping, Custom Fee (for International Customers) and Handling Fee are not refundable.
Special order items are subject to 40% restocking fee if returned.
We reserve the right to charge restocking fee to any customers up to 40% due to excessive returns. The definition of "excessive" is at sole discretion of PC Club.com
Opened software, CD titles, blank CD, diskettes, printer cartridges and books may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund.
Printers can only be returned and refunded if toner/cartridge has not been installed.
Return Procedures
How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number?
Online: You can use our customer service form and select the Return / Exchange option any time to obtain an RMA number. A RMA number will be issued within one to two business days after we receive your request.
By Phone: You can call 1-888-9PCCLUB to talk to one of our service representatives to obtain a RMA number also. Please have your invoice ready before you call.

Return Product within 7 days after the RMA number is issued
The return merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. You are responsible for the product and accessories until PC Club receive them, and you are responsible for all shipping handling, and insurance charges. Any of these charges paid by PC Club will be deducted from your refund. For your protection, PC Club always recommends you to insure the shipment for full value.

How Long will it take for the Refund to be issued after PC Club receive the returned merchandise?
Refund will be issued after 14 business days after the merchandise is received and upon inspection. PC Club will deduct all the missing or damaged product and accessories. To check your refund or RMA status, you can use our customer service form or call 1-888-9PCCLUB to talk to one of our service representatives.

Method of Refund
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be made to the same card.
PC Club Exchange Policy
For Part(s) Exchange:
Most items purchased from PC Club.com and become defective within 30 days from the date of pick up or delivered with the original invoice are eligible for exchange for the exact same item. For part(s) exchange, we always recommend you to contact the manufacturer directly for defective exchange for faster service. All items must be in new condition and sellable condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories and original receipt required for exchange.
Opened software, CD titles, blank CD, diskettes, printer cartridges and books may only be exchanged if they are not opened

PC Club Repair Service
For Parts Repair:
We always recommend you to contact the manufacturer directly for defective exchange for faster service. To find the manufacturer's contact information, check out the manufacturer database in the website's support area.

For System Exchange:
Repair service is available to all Enpower system during the 1 year warranty period. You can request for a repair:

Manufacturer Rebate Information
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. Manufacturer mail-in rebates are subject to the terms and conditions as specified by the individual manufacturer. Mail-in rebates will not be deducted from the selling price of that particular product directly at the point of purchase and the customer will receive a coupon to claim the mail-in rebate from the manufacturer. Sales Tax for the product is based on the original selling price of the product before mail-in rebate.
Exclusion
Under no circumstances is PC Club responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may occur during use of the item purchased from PC Club or as a result of the product's failure to perform. In all cases, the customer's sole remedy for a product failure is limited to a replacement product or, at PC Club's discretion, a refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the item.

Except and to the extent expressly set forth above, there are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and PC Club expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

PC Club reserves the right to modify or alter its warranty and return policy at any time, without notice to customer.
