Question: Why do my local PC Club stores not match prices from the Internet or PC Club stores outside my region?

Answer: For most situations, the prices should be the same both online and at the PC Club stores. The website might have some web only promotions which are not available at the stores. Also some stores might have local promotions not reflected onlines.

Question: Why are your online prices not the same as the mail catalog I received?

Answer: The prices in the catalog are pre-determined, where as the prices listed on www.pcclub.com reflects current market conditions. Should you see a product in the catalog that you interested in purchasing is lower than our Internet, please purchase it through your PC Club store. The store should be able to sell it to you at the advertise price with exceptions in few product categories. The categories are Processors, RAMs, and Hard Drives. This is due to the nature of the computer market.

Question: What are the differences between retail and OEM packaging?

Answer: Retail Packaging: A retail product is targeted to end users, sold through retail stores. The retail package cover is adorned with manufacture logos, pictures, and product specifications. As for the package content, it is packed with useful information like owner's manual, giveaways, customer service & technical support numbers, and warranty information. OEM Packaging: Everything found in retail packaging, listed above, is not present. It usually packaged in a white plain box, noted only by company's SKU number or brief description. Warranty and support is usually limited.

Question: How long will it take for an order to be ready at store?

Answer: If selected product is available at store, it should be ready the same day. Should store take longer than expected to update your order, please contact store for latest status.

Question: When a product is shown as available on-line for a given store, does it mean that it is available for pickup the same day?

Answer: No, it is not. The inventory level shown on our website is not real time. For up to the minute availability, we suggest to contact the desired pickup store for more information.

Question: Why am I receiving error messages when trying to submit an order?

Answer: There are multiple reasons why this may happen:
- Name and address information provided must match exactly to your credit card issuing bank's records.
- If you have a new billing address, it is necessary to have it updated with your credit card issuing bank.
- Your card might be declined. Please check with your credit card issuing bank for available balance.
- If using a check or debit card, please check with your credit card issuing bank for daily credit limit.
- If you are still having difficulties with placing an order, please contact us at 1-888-9PC-CLUB (972-2582). Our office hours are M-F, from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM, Pacific Standard Time.

Question: When I receive an e-mail confirmation from you, does it mean my order is ready?

Answer: No, it is not. The confirmation you received means that your order is successfully submitted and you will be notified when your order is ready for either pickup or for shipping.

Question: What do I need to bring with me when picking up my online order?

Answer: Please bring your confirmation e-mail printout, valid state issued picture ID, and credit card (which matches the ID).

Question: What is your return policy for product purchased through your website for either store pickup or direct order?

Answer: For store pickups, it is 7 days full refund and 30 days exchange, from the date of the original invoice.
For direct orders, it is 7 days full refund minus shipping charge and 30 days exchange, from the date either FedEx or UPS drop off your order.

Question: Will PC Club pay for return shipping should a product fail with 30 days?

Answer: No. The sender is responsible for the shipping cost, no exceptions made. However, you can exchange the defective unit should there be a PC Club store near you. When exchanging the product, please have your original receipt with you. The store might not be able to assist you without original receipt.
