Question: It is past the rebate expiration date, and my order is still pending. What is going on?
Answer: Your rebate order will still be honored. The invoice will be dated before the rebate is expired. This is only for orders placed BEFORE the rebate expired.
Question: The rebate coupon states that only one rebate per person, receipt, household, etc is allowed. Since there are 3 different items, does that rule still apply?
Answer: Customers may purchase different items and still get their rebate. They cannot purchase the same item more than once for the rebate promotion.

Question: I still have not received my rebate from Gigafast. The rebate company doesn't seem to know what is going on. What should I do?
